The Apartments at AuSable Valley Community offer an independent lifestyle to adults who want to live life to the fullest, but may be on a limited income. The Apartments are HUD subsidized and each has a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom that is wheelchair accessible. In addition, residents have a wide variety of activity options including an atrium, billiards room, exercise room and a Jacuzzi. As a resident of The Apartments, you will have the advantage of being on the campus of a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) and your welfare will always be our concern.
